In-attentiveness, indifference towards any subject, discourtesy towards any member of the staff or any such act which affects the discipline of tone of the school will be viewed seriously.
Cleanliness in person and clothes is expected of every student. Students coming to school with untidy dress, hair etc, will not be allowed to sit in the class.
No child suffering from any contagious or infectious disease will be allowed to attend the School. STUDENTS SHOULD BRING ONLY VEGETARIAN FOOD TO SCHOOL.
Habitual negligence in school work, dishonesty, or other acts of misconduct will involve severe disciplinary action including expulsion.
Pupils are responsible for the safe custody of their books and belongings.
Any damage done to school property or to that of other pupils' will have to be made good.
The school premises should be kept neat and tidy. The school premises is a plastic freezone. The parents are re-quested to advise their children to avoid plastic packets and vessels in the school premises. If any plastic bags, bottles are thrown in the school premises by any student, a fine of Rs. 100/- will be imposed and will be credited to student welfare fund
Pupils of one class are not allowed to enter other class rooms during intervals.
Every pupil must bring the School Diary to the class daily.
Costly and fancy ornaments should not be worn.
Parents are not allowed to meet the teachers during class hours. Parents desirous of meeting the teachers may do so by previous appointment through the Principal.
Conversation in the School Campus Should be in English. 14 Students are strictly prohibited using mobile phone, walkman, camera or such other electronic equipments in the school campus. On emergency conditions the public call facil ity in the campus can be used with the permission of the class teacher and without affecting the classes.
Parents shall arrange proper conveyance for Their wards to enable them to reach the school before 9:10 a.m. They should not be late for the School Assembly.
Every pupil shall put in at least 80% attendance in an academic year. Any one who does not put in the required attendance will not be promoted to the higher class. Pupils shall apply for leave in the space provided for That purpose in the Diary duly signed by the parent. Unauthorized absence for a period of 30 days will involve removal of the name of the pupil from the rolls. Long absence on medical grounds should be supported by medical cer tificates. Absence at Tests and Examinations will be condoned at the discretion of the Principal.
Fee is payable in 4 equal instalments in May, August, and November and January before 10th of the respective months. A Concession of 5% of the total fee will be given for Lumpsum payment.
Fee shall be paid without late fee on any working day from 1. to 10 of the month. After the date, a late fee of Rs. 10/ - per week will be levied along the tuition fee. If the term fee is not paid with late fee on the last working day of the month the name of pupil will be removed from the rolls. The re-admission of the pupil will be at the discretion of the Principal on payment of re-admission fee Rs. 100/-. No student will be exempted from payment of Fee.
Periodic Tests are conducted, Terminal Examinations are conducted in September. December and the Annual Exam in March. Promotion to higher standard will be determined according to the performance of the pupils in all Tests and Examinations. A pass in the Annual Examination alone will vol qualify a pupil for promotion to higher standard.
The results of Annual Examination will be published on 2" April those who desire to apply for TC should make their Application before 30 April of the year. The admission to the school will be closed on 1' May of the year. Those who make application for the TC after the close of admission shall make payment of all liabilities if they make an application for TC thereafter.
